Two-Day Changemaker Workshop (May)

The Australian Rural Leadership Foundation’s Changemaker Workshop is coming to your region in 2024! Keen to learn more?

Participants who register for our Changemaker Workshop will have the opportunity to learn the Change Maker process and the four broad phases:

  1. Orientation for change – participants develop and practice skills in diagnosing different types of problems and become aware of the changes and strategies for addressing adaptive challenges.
  2. Fresh perspective – participants identify new sources of knowledge and insights into adaptive challenges that are focused on and use different models to get ‘below the water’ to discover the deeper origins of adaptive changes they see day to day.
  3. Learning to change. – through the development of a ‘probing’ approach, participants design different ways to learn more about their challenge and to test ‘safe-fail’ experiments to refine their change making strategies.
  4. Growing change – participants explore how they can scale their change making strategies up for great impact. They develop approaches for framing their change making strategies for maximum resonance with other people and organisations.

This is a two-day workshop hosted by the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation in Helping Regional Communities prepare for Drought Initiative.

This is a complimentary leadership development workshop for your region, funded by the Future Drought Fund: DAFF, and in partnership with the FRRR.

Catering, pens and notepads provided.
