Storytelling is an ancient human practice but how do you use storytelling in your business?

Wil Kemp from the Savannahlander will be sharing the success he has had by utilising social media for storytelling. Wil has worked with the Savannahlander for more than a decade and regularly receives glowing customer service reviews on TripAdvisor. Wil was the winner of the TTNQ Customer Service Award for Excellence in 2022.

Scott Kileen will be giving an update on the work done to date on the Kuranda Experience Framework, a redevelopment of the brand narrative for Kuranda. Scott Kileen and Ernest Brim have been working with Kuranda stakeholders and industry to look at how to better tell the story of Kuranda in a way that motivates the target audiences identified in the Kuranda 3 Year Strategic Marketing Plan. Scott has been involved in the development of the Wet Tropics Guide Toolkit and TEQ’s Project Rainforest and is using them both as a platform to revisit the Kuranda narrative and brand direction. Ernest is helping to engage the Djabugay people of Kuranda to give the narrative greater local authenticity.

The evening is sure to get you thinking about where storytelling fits into your business strategy.
