Mareeba Shire Council would like to inform residents that upgrade works to the Mareeba Water Main Reticulation Network are planned to commence on Monday, 24 January 2022.
Mareeba Shire Council will have a contractor working on the new water main commencing on Moody Street and Hampe Street.
The planned improvement work is required to replace the ageing water infrastructure to secure a safe and reliable water supply to residents.
During this period residents will experience periods of low water pressure and interruptions to water supply.
