Notice to Mareeba Shire Residents – Manual Water Meter Reads
We would like to advise residents that manual meter readings will be conducted by external contractors on properties with failed water meters from 1 to 16 July 2026.
To help the team complete this process efficiently and minimise the need for return visits, we kindly ask that you:
- Restrain dogs away from the meter area
- Clear any foliage or obstructions around your meter
- Leave gates unlocked where possible
