EDIT 13:00pm: The Optus outage has been restored and Council can now accept phone calls.
The Optus outage has impacted Council’s call centre and we are unable to take calls.

You can also visit Council’s Customer Service Centres (Wednesday times: Mareeba 8.30am to 4.30pm or Kuranda 10am to 4.30pm).
