KURANDA WATER UPDATE | Mareeba Shire Council would like to thank residents for their patience while we completed critical work at the Kuranda Water Treatment Plant.
Council would like to advise that the work has been completed and the Kuranda Treatment Plant is operating as per normal.
We monitor the raw and treated water quality at our treatment plants in accordance with our approved Drinking Water Quality Management Plan to ensure that our treatment train is sufficient and effective. The water from our treatment plants is safe to drink.
