Council moves to VendorPanel for e-procurement

By July 12, 2021November 29th, 2021No Comments

Council proudly supports local businesses to supply goods and services whenever possible. In keeping with our commitment to give local business every chance to quote or tender for our contracts, we are introducing VendorPanel, a new e-procurement site. Not only does VendorPanel improve opportunities for local businesses to supply to council, it also simplifies the process for our suppliers.

VendorPanel Marketplace uses geolocation, enabling Council to easily identify local suppliers and invite them to quote on council work. The system also makes it easier for suppliers to download requests and upload responses and provides improved governance and transparency for council.

Council is calling on all local businesses to register at Vendor Panel Marketplace and place their business in the best position to respond to calls for quotes and tenders.

Registration is free, takes only a few moments to complete, plus your business profile will also be visible to external companies.

Register as a supplier in three easy steps:

Once registered, as work requests come up, you will receive an email inviting you to submit on offer.
