FREE Move It Aqua Fit for Seniors Sessions – Mareeba Variety Session
These fun, FREE sessions are hosted at the Mareeba Aquatic Centre, every Monday* from 5:15pm to 6:00pm.
Enjoy low impact exercises to promote strength, flexibility and cardio all while making new friends and having a great time at the pool!
Please bring your own swimmers, towel and water bottle. All other equipment will be supplied.

Instructor break: 21 Oct 2024 – 8 Nov 2024 (3 weeks)
