Mareeba Shire Council invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified Respondents for the lease of property located at 118 Byrnes Street, Mareeba QLD 4880 and described as Lot 1 on RP746342 for the purpose of redevelopment of the site for a suitable commercial or community use.

Regulation 228(7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 may be applied.
Expressions of Interest will not be opened publicly. Council reserves the right not to accept any submission received.
