Mareeba Shire Council hereby invites written tenders for the Construction and upgrade works for the Barang Street SPS.
Obtaining Documentation: Tender documents are lodged on Council’s online e-procurement system for release Saturday 30 March 2019, Tenderlink – www.tenderlink.com/msc. Please register as a potential supplier on Tenderlink to download the documents. There is no charge to register or to download the documents.
Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum www.tenderlink.com/msc. Mareeba Shire Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close six (6) days prior to the tender closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.
Lodgement of Tenders: Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission to Tenderlink, using the response forms within the tender documentation.
We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE tender closing.
Closing Time: The Closing Time for lodgement of Tenders is 11.00 am Thursday 2 May 2019. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders will not be accepted.
