Mareeba Shire Council Fire Management crew will be conducting a Hazard Reduction Burns across Mareeba Shire on the below dates, subject to weather and wind conditions.

• Mutchilba Transfer Station – 11/6/25
• Catarossi Street, Dimbulah – 18/6/25
• Wolfram Road, Dimbulah – 18/6/25
• Clinton Close, Mareeba – 19/6/25
• Chewko Road Lookout – 19/6/25
• Vaughan Street, Mareeba – 25/6/25

Please be aware of possible smoke in the area during this time. Hazard reduction burns are carried out to reduce fuel loads and help protect the community during the fire season.
