Building Compliance Investigations Officer

Mareeba Shire Council is currently recruiting for a Building Compliance Investigations Officer. The purpose of this position is to deliver building compliance and advisory services. The successful incumbent will undertake investigations of structures that fail to comply with legislative requirements and to take or recommend appropriate action on behalf of Mareeba Shire Council.

  • LGOA Level 4 – per annum $68,185.23 per annum
  • Mareeba Allowance of $1, 443 per annum
  • Up to 12% superannuation
  • 5 weeks annual leave
  • Rostered day off every month (19-day month)
